Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in quality engineering or related engineering role.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers, suppliers, and employees in resolving issues.
• Ensure products meet organization and customer quality and product integrity standards.
• Provide analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
• Lead cross-functional team to determine root cause of failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze data to identify trends in quality/defects and mitigate recurrence.
• Formulate solutions to complex, multidisciplinary problems with customer priorities.
• Develop quality program requirements to solve challenging technical problems.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in quality standards with broad knowledge across related disciplines.
• Lead large teams on diverse quality engineering projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
