Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical field or related area; 2+ years experience.
• Experience in manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ISO certification and audits is required.
• Continuous Improvement mindset; formal training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compiles data analysis, reports and recommends quality audits and inspections improvements.
• Designs the Quality Monitoring Control Plan, including MSA, GR&R, and gauge development.
• Coordinates data analysis review and root cause determination with cross-functional teams.
• May coach Inspector Technicians and coordinate customer-facing corrective actions.
• Ensures customer quality requirements are integrated into the QMS and communicates gaps to management.
• Provides technical support for dimensional analysis on rejected materials.
