Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. in Hayward, CA is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System, ensuring process repeatability and high quality products.

You will work with development, process engineering, and suppliers, perform FMEA, SPC, GR&R, and root cause analysis, and drive audits and corrective actions. Travel to sites nationwide may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering, 1–3 years in quality management per ISO 9001.
• ASQ/Six Sigma/Lean is a plus.
• Experience implementing and maintaining QMS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QMS procedures, processes and controls.
• Lead quality audits (internal, in-process, supplier-related).
• Support DMR reviews, corrective actions with suppliers.
• Deploy SPC and capability studies; lead root cause analyses.
