Job summary

Pentagon Technologies is hiring a Quality Engineer to implement, monitor, and maintain QA procedures and the Quality Management System across sites in the continental US. You will contribute to process repeatability and product quality through data-driven methods and cross-functional collaboration.

Education includes a BS in Engineering with 1–3 years of relevant experience; ASQ/Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering field and 1–3 years quality experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS processes; Six Sigma/Lean certification a plus.
• Experience with FMEA, RCA, GR&R, SPC and quality tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain QA procedures and QMS controls.
• Lead quality audits, supplier qualifications, and corrective actions.
• Deploy SPC and capability studies to assess processes and improve quality.
• Create inspection instructions and support gage studies.
• Lead root cause analysis and customer escalations to closure.
• Maintain training plans and ensure compliance with requirements.
