Job summary

ESCO Maritime Solutions is a world leader in Signature Management and Power Conversion solutions for naval defense markets in the US and UK. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, leading internal audits, and reporting performance metrics to drive product quality across the lifecycle.

Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years in Quality Engineering or Management, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to read complex technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret complicated technical drawings.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• US Person or eligible to obtain Export Authorization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Manage internal audit process for QMS compliance.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain performance metrics (on-time delivery, non-conformances, supplier defects).
• Ensure inspection equipment meets Quality Control standards and improve procedures.
• Compile and maintain inspection reports and records.
• Perform root-cause analysis and advise corrective actions across departments.
• Develop corrective and preventive action plans to address quality issues.
• Interface with customer and government quality representatives regarding audits and acceptance testing.
