ESCO Maritime Solutions, a world leader in Signature Management and Power Conversion for the US and UK naval defense market, seeks a Quality Engineer/Manager to maintain the QMS and drive continuous improvement. This role focuses on internal audits, data-driven performance metrics, and ensuring product quality across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing inspections, root-cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and collaboration with engineering and suppliers to uphold standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years in Quality Engineering or Quality Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reading complex drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Manage internal audit process for QMS compliance.
• Create, collect, analyze and maintain company performance metrics.
• Ensure inspection equipment meets Quality Control standards.
• Compile and maintain inspection reports and records.
• Perform root-cause analysis and advise corrective actions.
• Develop and implement CAPA plans to address quality issues.
• Interface with customers and government quality reps on audits and tests.
