Job summary

ABB seeks a Quality & CI professional to manage and improve the Quality Management System, governing QA/QC, procedures, field methods, and business processes. The role focuses on implementing QMS requirements across all plant areas to boost safety, efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.

You will drive corrective actions, ensure timely resolution of internal and supplier issues, and lead cross-functional quality improvement projects while maintaining ISO 9001:2015 compliance and quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Mechanical or Electrical preferable.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 procedures; preferable.
Demonstrated project management skills, with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Task and detail oriented; manage time and drives activities under pressure.

Responsibilities

Develop corrective action programs to mitigate issues and eliminate product non-conformances.
Drive prompt closure of customer quality issues and lessons learned.
Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance for established processes.
Create and maintain quality documentation (QCPs, procedures, work instructions).
Lead quality improvement projects to meet business commitments.
Provide training to quality and operations personnel as required.
