Gradiant is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure all materials, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities meet project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards. The role includes developing quality documentation, coordinating with clients and inspectors, and ensuring high-quality project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI certification with welding inspection experience.
• Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience in semiconductor, wastewater treatment, construction, or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, ASTM, AWS, API, ISO standards.

Responsabilités

• Attend project kick-off and client meetings to review quality requirements.
• Prepare and implement ITPs, QCPs, WPS, PQR, WQT/WPQ, MRB, and quality documentation.
• Develop and maintain project quality plans per client specs and standards.
• Coordinate inspections for materials, fabrication, welding, coating, testing, and final acceptance.
• Monitor subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Review certificates, test reports, calibration records, and QC documents.
• Manage NCRs, corrective/preventive actions, and root cause analyses.
• Plan QA/QC inspector workloads and provide training to new inspectors.
• Conduct internal audits and support client/certification audits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and participate in commissioning activities.
• Maintain documentation and submit inspection records to clients.
