Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific/technical field.
• Two or more years in quality or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in statistics, procedure implementation, and quality auditing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff performance and disciplinary actions.
• Performs quality testing per procedures.
• Reviews quality data to identify corrective actions.
• Applies statistical methods to testing and inspection.
• Leads quality system improvement and audits.
• Coordinates resolution of customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Leads supplier/material qualification activities.
• Maintains QA records and documents procedures.
