Job summary

Forge Nano, Inc. in Thornton, Colorado seeks a results‑driven Quality Engineer to support quality systems and manufacturing processes from development through production. You will drive process improvements and ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

You will lead investigations, apply SPC/DOE/FMEA, and collaborate across R&D, Manufacturing, and Operations to maintain robust quality plans and CAPA programs. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years in quality/manufacturing engineering or related role.
• Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize processes to meet quality, reliability, and performance objectives.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement to improve yield, throughput and quality.
• Lead RCAs and implement CAPA with cross-functional teams.
