Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• 2+ years of related quality, manufacturing, inspection/metrology experience considered in lieu of degree.
• ASQ certification or other relevant quality credentials valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analysis to assess product/process performance.
• Develop and evaluate quality assurance and control methods and systems.
• Review drawings, specs, and customer requirements for conformity.
• Support internal and external audits to verify process effectiveness and compliance.
• Coordinate and participate in nonconforming product investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to production and inspection personnel on quality requirements.
