Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Tech or 5–7 years QA/engineering experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience applying audit standards and techniques (IPC, J-STD, MIL, DOD).
• Familiar with configuration control and material traceability processes.

Aufgaben

• Create quality plans for production-ready products and first production items.
• Prepare and assess documentation for manufacturing, inspection, and test.
• Collaborate with production to resolve issues and collect data for metrics.
• Create First Article Inspection documentation and support PCA/FCA.
• Witness DVT and qualification testing; review validation evidence.
• Develop corrective actions and manage CARs; conduct internal audits.
• Release final hardware and notify Quality Manager of clearance to ship.
