Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a quality professional to drive excellence across manufacturing operations. You will maintain the Quality Management System, perform audits, and coordinate with suppliers to improve quality and process performance.

The role emphasizes root cause analysis, containment of non-conformances, and supporting engineering changes. This full-time position requires a BS in Engineering and knowledge of ISO 9001:2008.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering; 5+ years in quality engineering preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2008 auditing and process mapping.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to interface with suppliers and customers.
• Knowledge of third-party approval processes (UL/CSA/IEC).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Quality Management System and related procedures.
• Perform scheduled audits and provide process improvement recommendations.
• Analyze non-conformances and disposition supplier-related issues.
• Define and document acceptance criteria for manufacturing operations.
• Support engineering changes, new process implementation and validation.
• Travel to other ASCO Power Technology facilities as required.
