Job summary

Ethos A&C, a Wencor Company, seeks a Quality Engineer/Quality Specialist to support the QMS, drive standardized processes, and promote continuous improvement at our Duncan, SC site. This role collaborates across departments to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

You will conduct audits, manage calibration programs, and lead supplier quality efforts while applying structured problem-solving to prevent recurrence of issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 3–5 years in quality/manufacturing.
• ASQ CQE certification within one year of hire preferred.
• Ability to obtain CQE certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of the QMS and audit programs.
• Plan, conduct, and document internal audits on time.
• Manage supplier quality activities and supplier audits.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across the site.
• Review contracts and specifications to ensure quality compliance.
