Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure product and process quality on the production floor. You will develop control plans, run root-cause analyses and support APQP/PPAP, FMEA and line performance improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in quality engineering in discrete/assembly manufacturing, with experience in GD&T, non-conformances, containment and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of quality-engineering experience in discrete/assembly manufacturing.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements control plans and inspection standards.
• Performs root-cause analysis and structured problem solving (8D).
• Supports APQP/PPAP, FMEA and capability studies.
• Manages non-conformances, containment, and corrective actions.
• Supports pilot runs, line launches and ramping.
• Analyzes quality KPIs and drives improvements.
