Job summary

Element Solutions seeks a Quality Engineer for our West Haven, CT manufacturing site to support product and process quality across operations. You will analyze data, investigate issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach, experience with ISO/IATF standards, and proficiency with QA tools and software. This on-site position offers growth and a strong quality culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or related manufacturing role.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 standards.
Familiarity with lab software and quality management tools.

Responsibilities

Work with Manufacturing and Operations to solve quality issues, analyze trends and identify process improvements.
Support quality improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Participate in customer complaint investigations and OCAP activities by collecting and analyzing data and tracking actions.
Create and update SOPs and Work Instructions reflecting QMS and ISO/IATF requirements.
