Anomatic is seeking a driven and results-oriented Quality Engineer to support manufacturing excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and customers to ensure products meet internal specs, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include leading root cause investigations, CAPA, audits, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce cost of quality and improve process capability

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of manufacturing quality experience or 2+ years in a quality supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Minitab is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support ISO 9001, GMP, customer-specific requirements, and internal QMS.
• Lead CAPA investigations and ensure effectiveness verification.
• Assist with document control, SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and process standards.
• Participate in internal, supplier, customer, and third‑party audits.
• Partner with Production and Engineering to improve process capability and reduce variation.
• Review quality trends, defects, and recurring issues to drive sustainable solutions.
