Qualifications

• 0–3+ years of manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical and/or Mechanical preferred) or Chemistry.
• Proficient in MS Office; statistical analysis experience.
• SAP experience desirable.
• Lean, six sigma or other continuous improvement knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality projects and support new product launches.
• Perform risk assessments on new products.
• Design and implement new quality processes.
• Conduct statistical assessments of process capabilities.
• Analyze product complaint data and drive cross-functional improvements.
• In-depth data analysis in Excel and identification of issues with R&D.
• Support day-to-day management of quality incidents via root cause analysis.
