Job summary

• Degree or technical certificate in engineering preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of related manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Support & Optimization: Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
• Investigate process-related issues and participate in root cause analysis activities.
• Collect, analyze, and report production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with implementing process changes under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support waste reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process standardization.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Ensure engineering changes are documented and communicated appropriately.
• Support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with production personnel to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Assist quality and maintenance teams with investigations and corrective actions.
• Participate in project meetings and process reviews.
• Other Duties: Support capital improvement and equipment installation projects as assigned.
