Job summary

Emerald Technologies is seeking a Quality Engineer in Brea, CA to ensure PCBA products and processes meet the highest quality standards. You will monitor performance, lead root-cause analysis, and strengthen quality systems while collaborating with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.

You will drive CAPA actions, support audits for AS9100, ISO 13485, and NADCAP, and apply SPC and MSA methods to improve manufacturing and product quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related industries.
• 2+ years in quality engineering is required.
• Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001/13485, NADCAP and internal SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCCA investigations and implement CAPA to resolve issues and verify effectiveness.
• Perform X-ray validations and supportive decision-making on acceptability.
• Develop and maintain Quality Attribute Plans, inspection criteria, sampling, and control plans.
