The role involves setting up and operating automated test equipment to perform quality checks on PCBAs, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring accurate pass/fail results to keep products moving through manufacturing.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, some manufacturing or electronic testing experience, and basic skills in MS Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior electronic testing or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Effective communication in English required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation.
• Basic knowledge of electronic test tools (DMMs, power supplies).
• Ability to determine pass/fail status based on criteria.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and use test programs to perform quality checks on PCBAs.
• Complete multi-step test procedures accurately.
• Evaluate pass/fail status and separate conforming units.
• Operate barcode scanning equipment for identification and traceability.
• Maintain accurate test records per company policies and customer requirements.
• Perform basic maintenance on test equipment and keep area organized.
• Collaborate with team to support production needs.
