Job summary

Truelogic is hiring a seasoned QA engineer to join a fully remote team. You will drive quality across the software development lifecycle, implement manual and automated testing, and work with tools like Selenium, Postman, and SoapUI to build reliable test suites.

Applicants should have 5+ years in software testing, strong CS knowledge, and experience crafting tests with Node.js, Java, Python, or NetCore. Remote collaboration with LATAM/US teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software testing or QA experience.
• Quality mindset across requirements, development, and test automation.
• Ability to perform manual or automated testing as needed.
• Experience with industry-standard tools/frameworks (SoapUI, Postman, Selenium, PyTest, nightwatch, Katalon, Appium, Cucumber, etc.).
• Craft high-end coded tests and scripts using Node.js, Java, Python or NetCore.
• Capacity to work with data to assert test results or prepare environments.
• Understand and suggest testing types for each SDLC phase: Smoke, Exploratory, E2E, Regression, Performance, Stress.
• Strong computer science foundation.

• How to work and set up CI/CD as part of the quality assurance process.

• How to work with applications and services on the public cloud, AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• How to set up, run, and monitor load and performance tests.

• Create and manage test plans including strategy, test environments, etc.
