Job summary

Truelogic is hiring senior mobile developers to build native apps for Android and iOS, leveraging Kotlin/Java and Swift/Objective-C. You’ll work with Jetpack, Dagger, Retrofit, Coroutines, SwiftUI, Combine, and CoreData, applying MVVM/MVP/MVC architectures and integrating REST/GraphQL APIs.

A strong UI/UX focus and rigorous testing are required. This remote role offers USD compensation and opportunities to collaborate with top US companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing software professionally.
• Proficient in native Android and iOS development with Kotlin/Java and Swift/Objective-C.
• Experience with mobile frameworks and libraries (Android Jetpack, Dagger, Retrofit, Coroutines; iOS SwiftUI, Combine, CoreData).
• Experience with MVVM/MVP/MVC architectures and API integration (REST/GraphQL).
• Strong mobile UI/UX design sense and adherence to guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
• Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, XCTest, XCUITest).
• Familiarity with containerization and cross-platform basics (Docker, Flutter, React Native).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, Fastlane).
• Experience deploying to Google Play and App Store.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years working on software development professionally.

• Have a solid foundation as a native mobile app developer for both Android (Kotlin, Java) and iOS (Swift, Objective-C). Preferably with experience in both platforms.

• Experience working with industry-standard mobile frameworks and libraries (like Android: Jetpack, Dagger, Retrofit, Coroutines; iOS: SwiftUI, Combine, CoreData).

• Experience with mobile app architectures like MVVM, MVP, and MVC, and experience with integrating APIs and backend services (e.g., RESTful services, GraphQL).

• Strong understanding of mobile design principles and user experience optimization, as well as platform-specific guidelines (Google Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines).

• Proficient in using mobile testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Espresso, XCTest, XCUITest) to ensure code quality and reliability across devices.

It will be great if you also know

• How to work with containerization technologies like Docker to set up local development environments or integrate backend services.

• How to implement or work with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native) for faster app development across Android and iOS.

• Experience with push notifications, app lifecycle management, and handling background services.

• How to set up and maintain a CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or Fastlane for continuous delivery and smooth app deployments to both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
