ManpowerGroup seeks a Quality Engineer for a client in Greenville, SC, on-site. The role supports the Quality organization, manufacturing, and cross-functional engineering teams with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality-related field and experience in quality engineering and RCA. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related quality function.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action processes.
• Knowledge of quality tools, methodologies, standards and quality control processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product and process compliance.
• Design and maintain quality assurance systems and processes.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality challenges.
• Document quality control activities, prepare reports and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and guidelines.
