You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve processes, reduce costs, and meet stringent quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience in manufacturing quality or related discipline.
• Experience leading technical projects and process qualifications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification activities for new parts, suppliers, equipment, and processes.
• Develop qualification standards with Engineering and Global Supply Chain.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and qualification milestones.
• Lead projects from planning through final approval and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Evaluate and support coatings, brazing, welding, and related processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve qualification methods and reduce costs.
• Apply engineering knowledge to develop innovative solutions.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations.
• Support regional and global manufacturing initiatives.
