Primary Responsibilities

• Participate in walk-throughs, inspections, reviews, and user group meetings for quality assurance
• Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities
• Execute test cases, report defects, and define severity and priority
• Conduct regression testing after code changes
• Prepare status reports of testing activities
• Mentor and guide other testers in automation and software engineering principles
• Gain in-depth system and application knowledge to enhance testing quality and coverage
• Evaluate and improve test automation strategies
• Collaborate within scrum teams on grooming user stories and acceptance criteria
• Communicate ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
• Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge and innovate
• Research and implement tools for faster delivery with high quality
• Review work of other testers and develop innovative approaches
• Sought out as an expert and serve as a team leader/mentor

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• At least 3 years of experience in software testing
• Minimum 2 years in test scenario/test case design and quality standards
• At least 1 year in UI, smoke, E2E, and integration testing
• Experience with beta testing, UAT, and customer collaboration
• Proficiency in SQL and working with RDBMS
• Experience with CI/CD environments like Jenkins

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare domain experience
• Experience with DevOps and complex data formats (XML/JSON, EDI X12)
• Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, SOAP UI, Postman, RestAssured
• Experience with Data Warehouse/ETL testing and automation frameworks
