Responsibilities

• Identify and collaborate on customer issues and use root cause analysis tools to resolve.
• Support quality standards (ISO9001, AS9100D, ISO17025) through audits, documentation, calibration, etc.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure alignment and drive site-wide improvements.
• Participate in teams and projects to improve efficiency and yield.
