Job summary

Electrolux Group in Springfield, Tennessee seeks a hands-on Quality Engineer to strengthen production controls, reduce defects, and ensure reliable processes across a defined area.

You will lead quality planning, PPAP documentation, QCPs and IPCPs, apply EMS and PDCA, analyze data, collaborate with operations, and promote safety and continuous improvement. A bachelor’s in engineering and 3+ years in quality operations are required; Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years' experience supporting and improving quality operations in manufacturing.
• Experience with process improvement, quality management and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement in-process quality controls and reliability improvements.
• Lead quality planning activities (PPAP, QCPs, IPCPs).
• Support verification gauges, fixtures, and visual management tools.
