Job summary

Morrison Products, Inc. is seeking a Plant Quality Supervisor to lead the Quality function at the site level and uphold the corporate QMS. You will champion quality initiatives, train staff, analyze data and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

The role supports continuous improvement, guides internal audits, and coordinates with suppliers to ensure conformance to specifications. English fluency is required; Six Sigma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Quality function at plant level and ensure QMS adherence.
• Champion quality initiatives, provide training, analyze data and resolve issues.
• Represent Quality Department in plant projects aligning with Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and suppliers to meet specifications and audits.
• Lead PPAP, FAI, corrective actions and 8D activities with timely documentation.
