Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or 4-year degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic vision for the Quality Department to support growth and operations.
• Establish and maintain a strong quality culture focused on prevention and continuous improvement.
• Set clear expectations, priorities and performance goals.
• Implement inspection strategies, control plans and risk-based quality control for products and processes.
• Act as primary authority for quality decisions affecting product, process and customer commitments.
• Lead resolution of complex issues, including escalated customer or supplier problems.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Manufacturing and Operations to align quality with objectives.
• Lead staffing for the quality team, including hiring and performance management.
• Recommend facilities improvements related to quality, safety and efficiency.
