Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven track record in quality control and management, with strong communication and follow-through.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Quality Department to support business growth.
• Establish a strong quality culture focused on prevention and continuous improvement.
• Set priorities, performance goals, and manage inspection strategies and risk-based control.
• Lead staffing for the quality team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Manufacturing, and Operations to align quality with objectives.
