Job summary

Rebuildmanufacturing, located in Rock Hill, SC, is seeking a Quality Engineer with expertise in Aerospace Quality Assurance. This role focuses on creating and improving the Quality Management system in line with customer and industry standards.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess 4-8 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Six Sigma and Nadcap, and will be committed to quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience as a Quality/Process Engineer in a regulated manufacturing industry.
• Ability to implement quality controls and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Implement controls to ensure consistent, conforming product.
• Review and interpret customer documents.
• Coordinate RCCA with cross-functional teams.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with experience working in Aerospace Quality Assurance. This role will work to create, maintain, and improve our Quality Management system to meet customer and industry standards.

What you get to do!

• Implement appropriate controls to ensure our manufacturing processes result in consistent, conforming product
• Reviewing/interpreting customer documents
• Maintaining relationships with customer quality representatives
• Providing inputs for quoting
• Coordinating RCCA with cross-functional teams.
• Executing and improving internal quality policies in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.

What you will bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 4-8 years of working as a Quality and/or Process Engineer in a regulated manufacturing industry (e.g. AS9100D)
• Six Sigma or CQE Preferred
• Composites experience preferred
• Nadcap experience strongly preferred
