Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or equivalent QMS.
• Familiarity with 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and FMEA.
• Ability to read GD&T and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Lead root cause investigations and CAPA.
• Perform FAI, in-process, and final inspections to verify conformance.
• Analyze quality data and report KPIs to management.
• Support internal and external audits and supplier quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain on changes.
• Train staff on quality standards and methods.
