Qualifications

• Four or more years in a quality-focused role within an ISO 9001 environment.
• Experience with structured QMS and compliance-driven environments.
• Experience developing, implementing, and improving SOPs and related documentation.
• Knowledge of QA principles, auditing, and continuous improvement.

Description

• Monitor product and process performance to identify improvement opportunities and support quality objectives.
• Assist with regulatory, compliance, and certification-related activities.

Profile

• 4+ years of experience in a quality-focused role within an ISO 9001-certified or similar regulated environment.
• Experience working within structured quality management systems and compliance-driven organizations.
• Experience developing, implementing, and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) and related documentation.
• Familiarity with quality assurance principles, auditing practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience coordinating projects, tracking progress, and meeting established deadlines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts, issues, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Job Offer
