Qualifications

• Freshman to Senior pursuing an engineering degree.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Must be able to commit full-time for an 8‑month co‑op or 4‑month internship.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Test company products.
• Analyze and utilize quality data to drive improvements.
• Conduct measurement analysis using statistical tools.
• Assist in developing and implementing process verification and improvements.
• Collaborate with Bobcat departments to improve product quality.
• Support Quality Engineering programs including root‑cause analysis and reporting.
