Qualifications

• Pursuing engineering degree in a relevant field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Commit to full-time for 8 months (co-op) or 4 months (internship).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Test company products.
• Analyze and utilize quality data to drive improvements.
• Engage in measurement analysis using statistical tools.
• Assist in developing and implementing process verification and improvements.
• Collaborate with Bobcat departments to improve product quality.
• Contribute to Quality Engineering programs and reporting.
