Job summary

Vesuvius USA is seeking a motivated engineering student intern to assist with quality assurance activities across inspections, audits, and non-conformance investigations. You will collect and analyze quality and process data to identify trends, deviations, and support troubleshooting of production issues, while contributing to continuous improvement and lean initiatives, SOPs, and work instructions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Production, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) preferably with second year standing or higher.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing principles; lean exposure is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
