Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and promote plant-wide safety culture
• Lead identification and resolution of complex product issues in electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical systems
• Apply corrective action processes to determine root cause and document resolutions
• Prevent recurrence by addressing issues in production build processes
• Coordinate cross-department corrective actions and support field return investigations
