Lindsay Corporation is a global manufacturing company seeking a Quality Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting quality, manufacturing, and engineering functions within a worldwide organization.

The intern will work with Quality Engineers and Technicians on audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts, and will lead an individual project presented to leadership, gaining exposure to Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or related engineering field.
Strong interest in manufacturing, quality engineering, and problem solving.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Solid understanding of analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Learn Lindsay products, manufacturing processes, and quality management practices.
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using standard tools and CMM where applicable.
Assist with corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and BOMs to understand product requirements.
Support process evaluations, manufacturing troubleshooting, and engineering changes.
Participate in new product introductions and product improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams on projects.
Collect, analyze, and communicate data to support quality and process improvements.
