Job summary

Textron Aviation offers a hands-on internship focused on quality improvements in products and processes, with exposure to regulatory oversight and cross-functional collaboration across Fabrication, Assembly Aircraft Completions, and Delivery, plus Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Service.

As an intern, you’ll work on developing and revising quality systems, performing audits, and analyzing performance data to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise Quality systems and procedures to ensure documentation is compliant with current practices.
• Conduct Government and FAA audits and investigations and report on corrective actions.
• Gather and analyze performance data (scrap, rejections, defects, rework) to aid process improvements.
• Conduct process or product audits in production, functional areas, or with suppliers.
