Job summary

Plexus Corp. is offering a Quality Engineer Intern position designed to bridge manufacturing and customer quality requirements.

You will work under onsite mentorship to ensure product specifications and regulatory expectations are met while gaining hands-on experience. Ideal candidates are engineering students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree student in Engineering continuing through the internship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate resolution of proactive quality initiatives and continuous improvements.
• Handle reactive quality initiatives including containment, root cause, and corrective actions.
• Apply statistical analysis tools for problem solving (DMAIC).
• Support APQP activities related to new products and maintain customer relations.
• Monitor processes through audits and metrics to ensure product health.
