Job summary

Jabil, a leading design and manufacturing partner, is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance for liquid-cooled server and rack assemblies in Florence, KY. This role focuses on defect prevention, process stability, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive NPI readiness, CTQ definitions, and CAPA effectiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams on yield improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud/data-center hardware quality, hands-on problem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, or related field.
• Must have 5+ years in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong background in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods (DMAIC, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Data skills: Excel/Sheets power-user plus basics in a BI tool (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Proficiency in pressure testing, leak testing, mechanical inspection, and fluid handling quality controls.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders using data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality execution for liquid cooled server and rack assemblies, driving defect prevention and investigations.
• Develop and validate quality controls, support NPI readiness, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve yield.
• Define incoming quality criteria for liquid-cooling assemblies, including pressure-test and leak-test acceptance limits.
• Audit and verify cooling and fluid-handling processes to ensure quality and safety.
