Job summary

Jabil is seeking to represent the quality function of technical support across manufacturing on global customer accounts, liaising between Jabil Circuit and suppliers or customers on quality issues.

The role drives continuous quality improvements across shifts, supports quoting activities in process design, and helps implement corrective/preventive actions to ensure manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous quality and process improvements across all shifts.
• Provide support for quoting activities by participation in initial process design and implementation phases.
• Develop and maintain documentation for global customer accounts.
