Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Chemical Engineer III in the United States to apply advanced engineering to complex programs across design, analysis and process improvements.

You will lead the design and project management of new and current products, and develop test procedures, perform capability studies, and prepare reports to improve productivity and quality while reducing flow time. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited Engineering program.
• Four or more years of relevant engineering experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management.
• United States Citizenship.
• DOE security clearance may be required for some positions.

Aufgaben

• Design and/or project management of new and current products, programs, components, tools and equipment.
• Develop test procedures and performs complex evaluation tests, quality audits, and data reviews.
• Prepare evaluation reports and recommend process or design improvements to boost quality and productivity.
• Define and acquire tooling and inspection equipment to assure product quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Initiate evaluations and provide input on technical advances to improve productivity.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other employees to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.
• Serve as an emerging subject matter expert within the business unit.
