Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies including root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools to transform data into information.
• Experience with quality auditing and data analysis to monitor and improve product and process quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with AS9100 manufacturing standards and regulations.
• Manage tough conversations with aerospace customers and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements and RMA complaints and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
