Pro-Active Engineering is seeking a Quality Engineer II to maintain and improve the Quality Management System under the direction of the Quality Manager. The role involves auditing processes, leading CAPA actions, and driving cross-functional continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering (or ASQ CQE) and 2–5 years in manufacturing, with ITAR compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or ASQ CQE.
• 2–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• ITAR compliance: US citizens only; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Audit effectiveness of existing quality processes.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement CAPA/CAR/SCAR actions.
• Create, review, and update controlled process documents.
• Define, implement, and evaluate process validation tools.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
• Compile and analyze data to drive change.
• Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001:2026.
• Maintain monitoring and measuring equipment system.
• Review capability to meet customer requirements.
• Interface with customers to drive continuous improvement.
