Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Quality Engineer II for a Hybrid Flex role based at Rice Creek - West, onsite four days a week with 25% travel. You will lead initiatives to reduce risk, enhance First Time Quality, and improve manufacturing processes across operations.

This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality systems and ensure patient safety and product quality in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience OR Master's degree.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to reduce factory escape risks across internal and external sites.
• Drive elimination of rework to improve process efficiency and value stream stability.
• Define, implement, and enhance FTQ programs, metrics, and governance processes.
• Embed quality controls into new production lines and equipment.
• Support a compliant, scalable Quality Management System.
