Job summary

Infojini Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Quality Engineer to lead continuous improvement in manufacturing for defect-free processes. You will drive high-quality standards and ensure customer requirements are met, leveraging GD&T, APQP, PPAP, and AIAG Core Tools.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with manufacturing, tooling, and customers to reduce scrap and variation while supporting metrology and Gage R&R studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• 2–5 years in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Proficiency in GD&T, AIAG Core Tools, and metrology software.
• Clear communication of technical data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Quality Management: Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP and PPAP requirements.
• Dimensional Engineering: GD&T analysis and 3D measurement/part validation.
• Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
• Technical Support: Metrology, SPC, and MSA studies.
• Continuous Improvement: Lean and Six Sigma to reduce scrap and variation.
• Collaboration: Work with manufacturing, tooling, and customers to resolve nonconformities.
• Mentorship: Coach team members in quality practices.
