Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Quality Engineer II at its Acton, MA location. You will help ensure product quality through testing, analysis, and process improvements, reporting to the Quality Engineer III.

This on-site role supports cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and continuous quality improvements. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in quality systems, FMEA, Six Sigma, and engineering drawings, with a focus on regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA and Six Sigma methodologies to analyze data and drive improvements.
• Experience with quality software systems and tools such as Minitab, SAP ERP, Quality Management, or similar platforms.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure product compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize quality processes.
