In this highly visible role, you will lead structured problem-solving, strengthen supplier and plant quality, support successful product launches, and help advance our IATF16949 quality system.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience implementing quality systems in manufacturing and design.
• Using APQP tools (FMEA, Control Plans, QFD, DOE) – Required.
• 8D problem solving process – Required.
• Using and applying Statistical tools – Required.
• Understanding of GD&T

Responsibilities

• Drive customer concerns to closure with effective problem-solving.
• Improve supplier quality and assist root-cause actions.
• Track corrective actions for timely closure.
• Lead problem-solving for internal and external issues.
• Support IATF16949 compliance activities.
• Track scrap, rework, and PPM; lead improvement teams.
• Lead internal audits of the Quality System.
• Manage APQP launch activities, PPAP, control plans and PFMEAs.
• Mentor and train Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors.
• Identify and approve capital purchases.
• Lead site lean training programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
